30,000 Lenses Per Day: Solving Your Major Pain Points at the Wenzhou Expo
If you’re in the eyewear business, the Wenzhou International Eyewear Exhibition, taking place from May 8 to 10, 2026, is well worth a visit. This event brings together over 700 supply chain manufacturers—from smart manufacturing to spot purchasing—and attracts industry insiders. As a lens supplier, we don’t just want to tell you “what we can produce”; we’d also like to discuss how we can help you solve the challenges you face with your orders.
In recent years, the WOF has become a bellwether for Asia’s supply chain. Unlike some trade shows that focus on abstract concepts, the people here are here to make real purchases—from e-commerce sellers looking for small batches of ready-to-ship inventory, to product managers scouting for smart glasses, to foreign trade companies comparing prices across the entire venue. The “Ready-to-Ship Hall”and”Smart Manufacturing Hall,”in particular, send a clear message: in today’s eyewear business, success depends not only on price, but also on responsiveness, consistent quality, and product differentiation. Whoever can take the burden off their clients in these areas will secure the orders. And that’s exactly why we’re here.
After speaking with hundreds of customers, we found that their concerns were almost identical. Have you encountered any of the following four issues?
1: Uncertain delivery time, can't handle large orders
After finally negotiating with a major client, the upstream lens factory kept delaying. You said it would take seven days to ship, but he delayed it for you for half a month; Customers remind you every day, you can only compensate with a smiling face.
Our solution is to produce 30000 pairs per day.
Our production base produces 30000 high-quality lenses every day, with three fully automated production lines operating 24 hours a day and a stock of one million semi-finished products. Regular orders take 7 days to ship, urgent orders take 3-5 days. If you dare to take the order, I dare to guarantee the delivery date.
2: Small orders are ignored, and the cost of trying new products is high
You want to promote a color changing lens or offer 200 pairs of 1.74 high discount lenses to the online store, but the big factory rejected the order because it was too small; Small factories may accept it, but the quality fluctuates, you dare not bet.
Our solution is to treat customers of all sizes equally.
Our production line can quickly switch molds and processes, with the same batch of raw materials and the same set of quality inspection standards.
3: Inconsistent product quality
The previous batch of 1.61 anti blue light had no problem, but the next batch experienced film peeling and degree deviation. Customer returns, you lose money and reputation.
Our solution: The sampling rate for each batch exceeds 30% of the industry standard, and any non-conforming products will not be shipped.
All lenses undergo three full inspections: refractometer, film wear resistance, and ultraviolet transmittance. An additional 10% (industry average 5%) of each batch will be randomly inspected, and if one piece is found to be unqualified, the entire batch will be returned to the furnace. Our engineering team has been in the industry for an average of over 10 years, with each refractive index production process running through tens of thousands of batches from 1.56 to 1.74.
4: The product lacks uniqueness and can only be offered at a low price
The streets are filled with anti blue light, and you said you have it too; Customers want to change color, gradually, and ultra-thin, but you cannot find a stable source of supply.
Our solution: Eight series covering high, medium, and low levels, helping you make profit margins.
We have 1.56/1.61/1.67/1.74 high-definition series, anti blue light series, color changing series, progressive multi focus series, as well as customized functional film layers (anti-static, polarizing composite, etc.). Especially the 1.74 high discount and progressive multi focus - these two types of technologies have high barriers to entry, and the yield rate of peers is generally less than 90%, but we can consistently achieve over 95%. You promote these two products, they sell expensive, and customers still think you are professional.
Nissan produces 30000 pairs, relying on real skills
Data is not deceiving: Our production base produces 30000 pairs of lenses every day, which is tens of millions of pairs per year. Fully automatic pouring line, coating machine, and testing equipment, with 24-hour rotation. Each lens, from substrate to hard coating, is completed in our own factory.
What does' high quality 'mean? Our own definition is: the photometric error does not exceed half of the national standard, the wear resistance test of the film layer exceeds 500 times, and the ultraviolet transmittance is strictly below 1%.
In addition, our flexible production capacity is something that many large factories cannot achieve - we can take on large orders of hundreds of thousands of pairs per month, as well as fulfill orders of hundreds of pairs. Switching molds on the production line only takes 20 minutes and won't be perfunctory just because of small orders.
Main series
1.56/1.61/1.67/1.74 HD series: covering numbers from low to ultra-high. 1.74 high folding is especially suitable for customers who find the lenses thick, with thin edges and clear visibility.
Anti blue lenses series: dual technology of substrate absorption and film reflection, harmful blue light blocking rate ≥ 40%, base color close to water permeability, no yellowing. The favorite of e-commerce sellers and live streaming sales.
Photochromic Series: indoor transparent, outdoor dark gray/brown, color changing speed within 30 seconds. The new generation of photo dyes has a lifespan twice that of the old model and is less prone to failure even when exposed to direct sunlight.
Progressive series: designed with free curvature on the inner and outer surfaces, smooth channels, and small peripheral aberrations. Provide multiple channel lengths to match different frames. Many presbyopia customers say after trying it on, 'Turning your head to look on both sides doesn't make you dizzy'.
If you are struggling with the lens supply chain - whether it's delivery time, small orders, quality, or product homogenization - feel free to come and talk to us during the exhibition.
